Henry A. Joseph CA, FCCA
Managing Partner

Mr. Henry Joseph has fifty (50) years of experience in the field of accounting and business advice. He started as a trainee audit clerk with Pannell Kerr Forster in 1969. He has worked in the Trinidad and Tobago office of Pannell Kerr Forster (now Ernst and Young). He has also obtained training in Pannell's office in Nottingham, England while serving as a qualified audit senior.
Immediately prior to returning to Grenada Mr. Joseph managed the office of Pannell Fitzpatrick in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
In May 1978 he acquired the Grenada practice and has been operating the firm since then.
Areas of Special Competence
- Economic, Financial, Organization and Management Consultancy for various projects, companies and investors.
- Auditing of the major organizations and public companies in Grenada including review of all systems operating in these enterprises.
- Provision of taxation advice to individuals, partnerships and limited liability companies.
- Installation of Micro Computer Systems for clients of the firm and training of personnel in the operation thereof.
- Researched information jointly with the former Barbados office for the preparation of a Market Study for a 100-room Resort Hotel on Grenada which is now operational.
- Performed appraisals, feasibility and market studies for various hotel projects.

Michelle Millet CA, BSc., CPA, CGA
Assurance Partner

Mrs. Millet joined the firm on November 01, 1995, after working for a small accounting company which she joined immediately upon obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
She was appointed Audit Partner in January 2008 and has since operated in that capacity.
Areas of Special Competence
- Auditing and reviewing of financial statements in accordance with International Standards on auditing including the use of computer assisted audit techniques.
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Carrying out internal control reviews and development of relevant controls
- Financial control and expense management including assistance with adhering to budgets and identification and correction of business inefficiencies.
- Preparation of Income Tax and General Consumption Tax Returns for sole proprietorships, partnerships and limited liability companies.
- Working knowledge of Windows Applications, Excel and Real-World accounting programmes.
- Preparation of business plans for new and or existing businesses.

Michelle Bain ACCA
Assurance Partner
Ms. Michelle Bain joined the firm in March 1999 as a junior audit clerk and worked her way through all departments and qualified as a certified accountant in 2010.
Areas of Special Competence
- Auditing and review of financial statements of sole traders, partnerships, private and public companies as well as statutory bodies in accordance with Internal Standards on auditing including the use of computer assisted audit techniques.
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Assessing the adequacy of client’s internal controls.
- Preparation of Income Tax and Value Added Tax Returns for sole proprietorships, partnerships and limited liability companies.
- Working knowledge of Micro-computers including the use of Quick Books, Word, Excel and Real-World accounting.

Shane X Peters, BSc., ACCA
Audit Manager

Mr. Peters joined the firm in May 2013 as a semi-senior audit clerk after completing his bachelor’s degree at St. George’s University. He completed his professional studies (ACCA)bin December 2015.
During 2018 he was attached to the London Office of PKF Little John for a period of twelve months.

Lorenzo Sylvester CA, ACCA

Mr. Sylvester joined the frm in January 2004 after working with the treasury department of the Government of Grenada for two years. He spent three years at the firm before joining KPMG in the Caymans for three years. Mr. Sylvester rejoined the firm in February 2014 afer a three year stint with LIME Grenada.

Joseph C. James Bsc.
Audit Senior

Mr. James joined the firm in February 1982 afer a short stint in the civil service. He resigned in 1986 to pursue studies at the University of the West Indies. He rejoined the firm in July 1989 as an Audit Assistant and has since progressed.

Kahlil Steele BSc., ACCA
Audit Senior
Mr. Steele joined the firm in October, 2008 after serving with Ernst and Young Trinidad for two years. After graduating from the University of the West Indies, he worked in the commercial sector in Trinidad for two years.

Lacia Lawrence ACCA (Affiliate member)
Audit Senior
Lacia Lawrence joined the firm on January 2, 2017 after completing her professional examination in December 2016. She is currently an ACCA affiliate.

Osanne Oslyn Francis Bsc., ACCA
Audit Senior
Ms. Francis joined the firm in November 2017 after working with an International Investment Company for five (5) years.
She completed her professional examination In April 2017. In the examination she achieved Top Performer in the Caribbean in papers P1-Governance, Risk and Ethics, P2-Corporate Reporting and P4-Advanced Financial Management. She was also the top Affiliate in the Caribbean in the March 2017 examination.
